Where a lot of smoothie bowls let you down is in the amount of sugar they contain. We took the best parts of the bowls we live and amped up the protein and restrained from adding any additional sweetener. Our Mango Matcha Energy Bowl is made simply with ceremonial grade matcha, mango, banana and coconut water. We add a little shredded coconut, hemp seed, and fresh raspberries on top for flavor and texture.
