Autumn Salad

The weather is still HOT so we're keeping it light yet satiating with our Autumn Salad.  The flavors here are brighter than we'll feature as we head into Fall. Think fresh, crisp apple, spinach, feta, and nods to the coming season with pecan and sweet potato.

Ingredients: Organic spinach, organic sweet potato, organic chicken breast, organic cosmic apple, organic rainbow microgreens, organic pecans, organic almonds, organic apple vinaigrette (organic olive oil, organic apple cider vinegar and juice, sea salt, black pepper, sherry vinegar)
