Roast Pumpkin Marshmallows

The sweet flavor of pumpkin intermingles with the saltiness of roasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas). Fall in an insanely flavorful and fluffy bite. The marshmallow  is made with roasted pumpkin puree - no extract or artificial flavors. We top the marshmallow with roasted pumpkin seeds providing a play on flavor and texture. Highly snackable, but we also recommend topping a pumpkin or sweet potato casserole or pie with these marshmallows for extra flavor.
